A letter from Chef Amelia to you: “I love traveling. The first time I traveled on my own I was 13 years old. I went to York, in northern England, to learn English. I went there forced by my parents, of course, who didn’t know at that time that they were inoculating me the passion for traveling and food and cooking as the biggest manifestation of culture in a society, region, or country. In my first teen aging trip, I found out that people in UK ate completely different to home in Spain. In fact, I wondered where the EVOO, ham and goat milk cheese had gone. And I dramatically missed them.
Nowadays, in a connected world where everything moves so fast and we run everywhere, I propose you to make a slow journey to the roots of my culture and choose 3 culinary experiences among the 4 we have so you create your own memories about the traditional Spanish food

- Dry pale sherry wine (Jerez)
- Dry dark sherry wine (Oloroso)
- Dry mid sweet sherry wine (Cream)
- Sweet sherry wine PX grape (Pedro Ximenez).
